At Petunia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
